Zoe Li is a Legal Fellow on the Illinois trial team. In this role, she works on challenging police misconduct. Her project focuses on the overpolicing of public schools and the unlawful discriminatory fining of students.

Zoe received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she participated in the Liman Projects on Criminal and Civil Reform, the trial advocacy team, and the Journal on Regulation. During law school, she worked for the Innocence Project and the Students’ Civil Rights Project at Public Justice. She holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
