Areas of Focus
Matthew Bonanno is the National Parole Transformation Project (NPTP) litigation paralegal. He assists NPTP attorneys with all parts of litigation, conducts research on parole and post-release supervision systems around the nation, and oversees the project’s administrative needs.
Matthew was previously a paralegal at Paul, Weiss in Washington, D.C., where he assisted primarily with pro-bono class actions and antitrust regulatory filings and investigations. He also interned for both the Texas Workforce Commision in its Civil Rights Division and the Human Rights Watch’s Europe and Central Asia Division, where he focused on Kazakhstan and Belarus.
Matthew has a B.A. in political science from the University of Chicago.
