Areas of Focus
Noor Tarabishy is a trial attorney at the MacArthur Justice Center’s Illinois office. Noor’s practice is dedicated to vindicating the constitutional rights of wrongfully-convicted individuals and victims of police violence through suits for damages. She also litigates prison and jail condition cases.
Noor graduated from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2020 with a J.D., cum laude, and an LL.M. in International Human Rights, with honors. During law school, she was an Articles Editor for the Northwestern University Law Review and a clinic student at the MacArthur Justice Center and the Center for International Human Rights. She spent her law school summers at the National Immigrant Justice Center and Legal Aid Chicago. Noor holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
