Warrington is an Equal Justice Works Fellow with MacArthur Justice Center’s Supreme Court & Appellate Program in Washington, D.C. His project will focus on representing impoverished people of color in their appeals involving the grant or denial of qualified immunity to an officer to defend their legal rights to be free from retaliatory arrests, excessive force, and warrantless searches.
Warrington is from Little Rock, Arkansas, and is a graduate of Howard University School of Law where he participated in the Fair Housing Clinic and served as Senior Notes & Comments Editor for Howard Human and Civil Rights Law Review. He was also a judicial intern at the D.C. District Court and a summer associate at Bredhoff & Kaiser PLLC. Warrington holds a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science and African-American Studies from the University of Arkansas.
